We typically cancel classes when the weather is bad -- for staff and student safety. Thanks for your understanding.

This special website is intended to complement our main site by offering additional information just for our current students. Please visit our main site if you are looking for our Schedule of Upcoming Classes, Description of Classes, Programs & Services. To transfer to our main site, just click on any Family Dog logo (there is always one at the top and bottom of every page).

We hope you'll find this site useful for scheduling make-up classes. It is not necessary to contact the office, or your instructor, in advance if you need to make up class due to illness, vacation or scheduling conflict. When you arrive for your make-up class, simply introduce yourself to the instructor, let her know you're doing a make-up and the date and time of your regular class.

To find a make-up class that meets your needs, click on the name of your program (scroll down this page), and then compare your schedule with ours. Determine the week of your class that you need to make up, and then find the closest possible match that fits with your schedule.

Please note: Ten-Minute Tickers, seminars, workshops and drop-in practices may not be used for make-up classes, unless you have prior permission from your instructor.

One more important note: The schedules for our 7-week programs are not updated until AFTER the first week of class in each new session, because last-minute registrations effect whether or not classes will be held. If you are attempting to make up a class during the first week, please contact us at (425) 291-WOOF for more information.
